This page is maintained by the Forward Faithfully team to answer common privacy questions about the Forward Faithfully app ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email, and authentication credentials.
• Journal content: reflections, prompts, promises, and notes you choose to save.
• Settings: reminder times, timezone, and email preferences.
• Basic usage data needed to operate the Service (e.g. sign-in events, error logs).

How we use it

• To provide your private journal, dashboard, weekly review, and reminders.
• To send the email reminders you opt into. You can disable them any time in Settings or via the unsubscribe link.
• To generate the optional reflection summaries you request from within your account.

Your data is yours

Your journal entries are private to your account. Row-level security in our database ensures only you can read or write your entries. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private reflections to train third-party models.

Service providers

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to host the app, store data, send email, and generate the optional AI reflections you request. These providers process data only on our behalf.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account and journal data at any time by contacting us at hello@forwardfaithfully.com.
